Work Experience

March 2025 — October 2026
Junior Developer
otagoTech
Developing and maintaining the website for otagoTech, and providing a modern platform for property factoring businesses.
October 2024 - March 2025
Store Manager
Greggs (Asda Express)
My responsibilities as a store manager were maintaining the highest standards. As we were a franchise, we were held to higher standards than stores owned and operated by Greggs. This meant ensuring cleanliness, food hygiene and operations were up to the highest standards.
July 2023 - October 2024
IT Service Desk Analyst
HCA Healthcare UK
Working on the Service Desk meant dealing with IT issues ranging from simple password resets to more complex computer and infrastructure issues. Always being on the phone to end users required good customer service and a good attitude for dealing with people.
July 2022 - February 2025
Police Officer
North Wales Police
As a Special Constable I maintained the role of a police officer on a part time basis around other full time work concurrently. Regularly doing shifts varying from 8-12 hours meant focus was necessary for the role. Every situation us and requires discipline and focus to take control.
